2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind (voluntary returns): Within 30 days of delivery, for unopened products in original, undamaged packaging. Opened or used dietary supplements may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Damaged or defective products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may return it regardless of whether it has been opened. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
  • Wrong product shipped: If we have sent you the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in resalable condition (for change-of-mind returns) and you must provide proof of purchase.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization number
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging if possible
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt
  • Ship the product to the address we provide

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping until we receive them.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
  • For change-of-mind returns, we may deduct the cost of original shipping from your refund
  • For damaged, defective, or wrong-product returns, we will refund the full amount including original shipping

5. Shipping and Costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend insuring high-value shipments. For damaged, defective, or wrong-product returns, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs upon approval.

6. Consumer Rights
